摘要
试验以乳糖水解过程和膜过滤工艺相结合,从牛初乳中分离提取牛乳低聚糖。试验研究了乳糖水解、渗滤模式、跨膜压差对低聚糖回收率、单糖渗透率和低聚糖纯度的影响。结果表明:增加乳糖水解步骤后,牛乳低聚糖的纯度由5.66%提高到24.15%。当渗透体积数为5,跨膜压差为11 bar时,单糖渗透率为91.92%,低聚糖回收率为90.32%。
The experiment combines lactose hydrolysis process and membrane filtration process to recover bovine milk oligosaccharides from bovine colostrum.The effects of lactose hydrolysis,the use of diafiltration,transmembrane pressure(TMP)on oligosaccharide recovery,monosaccharide permeability and oligosaccharide purity were studied.The results showed that the purity of the milk oligosaccharide increased from 5.66%to 24.15%with the lactose hydrolysis.When the diafiltration volume number was 5 and the transmembrane pressure was 11 bar,the monosaccharide permeability was 91.92%,and the oligosaccharide recovery rate was 90.32%.
