摘要
鉴于当前社区获得性肺炎(community-acquired pneumonia,CAP)病原学诊断的敏感指标缺乏和病情危重程度评估困难,新的标志物的研究成了人们的重点工作对象.越来越多的实验表明凝血、纤溶功能在肺炎患者体内变化明显,并且与肺炎患者的病情程度呈等级相关.了解肺炎导致凝血及纤溶指标变化的机制,这对我们有针对性治疗肺炎具有重要意义.
Due to the current lack of sensitive indicators of the pathogen diagnosis of community acquired pneumonia,and at the same time,the assessment of the severity of pneumonia is difficult.The research of new markers become people's focus object.More and more experiments showed that the coagulation and fibrinolysis changed significantly in the case of pneumonia,And it was correlated with the severity of pneumonia.The study found that the plasma D-dimmer had relationship with pneumonia,and it had a certain predictive effect on the severity of pneumonia.How the pathophysiological mechanisms lead to changes in coagulation and fibrinolysis?Next I will describe the problem.
