摘要 高铁血红蛋白含量是衡量血液及红细胞代用品携氧能力的重要指标之一。其测定方法对临床诊断高铁血红蛋白血症和研究红细胞代用品具有重要意义。随着技术的进步和血气分析仪的应用,高铁血红蛋白含量测定方法不断完善。针对不同的血液样品和红细胞代用品,需要建立不同的高铁血红蛋白含量测定方法。本文综述了高铁血红蛋白含量测定方法及其在红细胞代用品研制中的应用现状。 Methemoglobin concentration is one of the important indices to evaluate the oxygen-carrying ability of blood and hemoglobin-based oxygen carriers(HBOCs).Determination of methemoglobin is important in clinical diagnosis of methemoglobinemia and research on HBOCs.With the development of technology and application of the blood gas analyzer,methods for methemoglobin determination are being optimized.Different methods should be established for different blood samples or HBOCs.This article reviews the advance in methemoglobin determination methods and the application in research on HBOCs.
