长期给予不同剂量益母草水煎液对大鼠肾脏的毒性作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:考察给予不同剂量益母草水煎液对大鼠肾脏的毒性影响。方法:取益母草水煎液,以60、30、6 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)灌胃给予大鼠,每天给药1次,连续28 d,停药后继续观察21 d。实验第28天以及停药观察的第21天时分别取大鼠的血、尿以及肾组织标本,分别检测相关的肾功能指标,并观察肾脏的形态组织学变化。结果:给药28 d,中、高剂量uTP、高剂量的TP以及各剂量组CysC、NGAL均明显升高,与空白对照组相比差异有统计学意义,肾组织可见轻微的病理改变。停药21 d后,中、高剂量组肾脏指数偏大,各组CysC、NGAL未见降低,肾组织轻微的病理改变也未见明显恢复。结论:长期给予益母草对大鼠肾脏有毒性作用,其毒性影响在短期内不完全可逆。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of different doses of herba leonuri water decoction on rat kidney toxicity.Methods: Herba leonuri decoction was intragastrically administered to rats consecutively with the doses of 60,30,6 g·kg-(-1)·d^-1 for 28 days,once a day. Rats were continuously fed without treatment for the following 21 days. We took out the rats' blood,urine and renal tissue samples to test related renal function indexes and observed the morphology of kidney histology change on the 28 th and 49 th day. Results: On the 28 th day,medium and high dose of u TP,high doses of TP and each dose group's CysC and NGAL were increased significantly. Compared with the blank control group,the difference between two groups was significant statistically. The kidney pathological changes were slight. On the 49 th day after the drugs withdrawal,large,medium and high dose groups' kidney index was larger,and CysC and NGAL did not reduce. Kidney slight pathological changes were also not obviously recovered. Conclusion: Long-term administration of herba leonuri has toxic effect on the kidney of rats. Its toxic effect in the short term is not fully reversible.
