摘要
目前,大学生就业能力已经成为全世界关注的问题。世界各国的"天之骄子"们几乎都发现"饭碗"难找,大学生就业形势十分严峻。本文重点从就业能力的内涵、现状和对策研究了如何提高大学生的就业能力。
