新生视角下的专业满意度模型——基于沈阳师范大学的调查 被引量:2

摘要 为更好地提升专业人才培养质量,以沈阳师范大学计算机科学与技术专业新生为调查对象,围绕新生入学学习一个学期后的专业学习自我感受,以新生的视角,从学生、教师和学院3个层面,分别对新生专业认知、专业教师教学水平、教学过程管理和学院学生管理等多个维度,共15个题项进行了专业满意度影响因素调查,并建立专业满意度模型。运用SPSS 20.0和Amos 21.0对110份样本数据进行因子分析、问卷信效度检验和验证性因子分析,验证模型拟合效果较好。统计结果表明:学生的自我感受和专业认知项得分均值较低,且方差较大,说明学生的自我感受和对专业认知差异较大;教学过程管理和专业教师教学水平满意度得分均值都较高,且方差较小,说明学生对教学过程和教师教学水平满意度评价均较高;学院管理总体满意度均值居中,基本接近满意项。统计回归结果表明,新生视角下的专业满意度与专业教师教学水平、学院管理和学生自我感受有显著相关关系,而与教学过程管理和学生专业认知没有显著相关关系。最后,讨论了回归模型的解释意义。 In order to improve the quality of professional training,a survey was conducted among freshmen majoring in computer science and technology at Shenyang Normal University from three aspects:students,teachers and colleges,a total of 15 items,including freshmen's professional cognition,professional teachers'teaching level,teaching process management and college students'management were investigated,and established the professional satisfaction model.Factor analysis,reliability and validity test of questionnaire and confirmatory factor analysis were carried out on 110 samples with SPSS 20.0 and Amos 21.0.The results show that the scores of self-feeling and professional cognition of the students are lower and the variance is larger,which indicates that the students'self-feeling and professional cognition are different;the teaching process management and the professional teachers'teaching score are both high,and the variance is small,which indicates students have a high degree of satisfaction with the teaching process and the teacher's teaching level;and the average of the overall satisfaction of college management is in the middle,which is close to the satisfaction.The regression results show that there is a significant correlation between freshmen's professional satisfaction and professional teachers'teaching level,college management and students'self-feeling;however,there is no significant correlation between teaching process management and students'professional cognition.Finally,the significance of the regression model is discussed.
