摘要
文章以杭州科技职业技术学院为例,通过大量的问卷调查和师生访谈,对高职院校大学生职业生涯规划教育现状和存在问题的原因进行分析和研究,在此基础上,从学生个人层面和学校管理层面提出相应的对策建议。
The paper takes Hangzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example, analyzes and makes a research on the present situation of career planning education in higher vocational college students and the causes of existing problemst hrough a large number of questionnaires and interviews with teachers and stu- dents.
