摘要
随着会展经济的高速发展,各行各业对于速录人才的需求越来越大,部分高职院校开设了速录课程。当前各开设速录课程的职业院校由于师资队伍不配套、教学手法单一、教学课时严重不足等问题无法更好地进行速录课程的教学。本文通过对上述问题进行分析,认为可通过完善师资队伍、转变教学方式、灵活增加训练时间等方法提高速录课程的教学效果。
With the rapid development of exhibition economy,businesses demand for shorthand talent is growing.Some vocational colleges have Shorthand course.However,Shorthand teaching in those colleges can not be carried out successfully because of faculty incomplete,singleness of teaching method,serious lack of teaching hours and other probloms.Based on the above,this paper suggests that the teaching effect should be improved by the methods such as completing the faculty,changing teaching methods and adding training time flexibly.
