摘要
目的分析2014年-2015年宁波市手足口病流行特征及病原监测情况。方法从疾病监测信息报告管理系统获取宁波市2014年-2015年手足口病资料,运用描述流行病学方法进行分析。对粪便标本采用荧光PCR方法进行实验室检测。结果 2014年-2015年宁波市共报告手足口病病例66 231例,其中重症39例。发病高峰在4月-6月,男性多于女性,<5岁儿童占报告病例的94.0%,2015年各县(市)区的发病数和发病率较2014年均有明显降低。2014年-2015年实验室共检测3 128例手足口病例,2014年EV的检出率为66.4%,其中EV71、Cox A16和其他EV亚型比例分别为30.6%、29.5%和39.9%;2015年EV的检出率为52.7%,其中EV71、Cox A16和其他EV亚型比例分别为17.8%、20.7%和61.5%。结论宁波市手足口病疫情呈逐渐下降趋势,5岁以下儿童是主要发病人群,其他肠道病毒型是主要的病毒株。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand -foot- mouth disease（HFMI）） in Ningbo during 2014 -2015. Methods A descriptive analysis was conducted through the surveillance dala of HFMD from disease surveillance information reporting management system in Ningbo during 2014 - 2015. The stool samples of HFMD patients were detected by fluorescence PCR. Results 66 231 cases of HFMD were reported from 2014 to 2015, including 39 severe cases. The peak of incidence was from April to July. The number of male patients was obviously higher than females. Cases in children aged 5 or younger accounted for 94.0%. The incidence count and incidence rate of the HFMD disease in counties decreased from 2014 to 2015. In 2014 -2015, a total of 3 128 cases of HFMD were detected, and the positive rate of enteroviruses（EV） in 2014 was 66.4% , and the percentages of EV71, CoxA16 and other EV subtypes were 30.6% , 29.5% and 39.9% ; the positive rate of EV in 2015 was 52.7% , and the percentages of EV71, CoxA16 and othe EV subtypes were 17.8% , 20.7% and 61.5%. Conclusion The epidemic situation of hand - foot - mouth disease showed a gradual downtrend in Ningbo, with children under 5 years old at high -risk. The major etiologic agent was EV71.
