纳米银敷料治疗供皮区创面的疗效分析 被引量:6

Analysis of curative effect of nano-silver wound dressing on the wound of skin graft donor site

摘要 目的 观察纳米银敷料治疗供皮区创面的疗效。方法将2012年9月~2014年12月我院收治的120例患者根据病情需要采用随机数字表法分为刃厚纳米银组30例,刃厚凡士林组30例,中厚纳米银组30例,中厚纳米银组30例,分别采用纳米银敷料及凡士林纱布覆盖供皮区创面。观察创面感染情况及创面愈合时间。结果刃厚纳米银组及中厚纳米银组在创面愈合过程中未发生创面感染现象;刃厚凡士林组(5例)及中厚凡士林组(6例)术后均出现部分感染病例,与纳米银组(0例)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);刃厚、中厚纳米银组供皮区分别与刃厚、中厚凡士林组愈合时间比较[(9.5±1.5)、(13.4±0.8)及(14.6±2.4)、(18.3±2.5)]明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论供皮区创面使用纳米银抗菌敷料治疗,可以有效减少创面感染,缩短愈合时间。 Objective To observe the effect of nano silver dressing in the treatment of the wound of skin graft donor site.Methods 120 patients from September 2012 to December 2014 were randomly divided into three groups: the epidermal-thickness nano silver group (n=30), the epidermal-thickness Vaseline group (n=30), the split-thickness nano silver group(n=30), and the split-thickness Vaseline group (n=30).Nano-silver wound dressings and Vaseline gauze were used respectively to the wound of skin graft donor site.Then the wound infection and wound healing time were observed.Results There was no wound infection in the epi- dermal-thickness nano-silver and the split-thickness nano silver group in the wound healing process.Some cases of infection were showed both in the epidermal-thickness Vaseline group (5 cases)and the split- thickness Vaseline group(6 cases),statistieally significant compared with the nano silver group (0 cases)(P〈 0.05).The healing time of the epidermal-thickness and split-thickness nano silver group (9.5±1.5),(13.4± 0.8)was respectively shorter than that of the epidermal-thickness and split-thickness Vaseline group(14.6± 2.4),(18.3±2.5),and there was statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The usage of nano silver an- tibacterial wound dressing treatmentr for the wound of skin graft donor site, can effectively reduce the wound infection and shorten the healing time.
