摘要
发酵工程设备实验教学改革强调综合素质的培养,突出实践能力,建立与发酵工程设备理论课既相辅相成又自成体系的实验课程体系。充分凸显学生于实践教学活动中的主体地位,培养学生研究分析实验存在问题的能力,提高自主进行实验方案的设计并验证实验数据的能力。
In this paper,educational reform of fermentation engineering equipment test was emphasized the cultivation of comprehensive quality and outstanding practical ability. The experimental curriculum system which is complementary to each other was established. In this system,. the primary aim was to highlight the dominant position of students in practical teaching activities,and to cultivate students ＇ ability to study and analyze problems. The ultimate aim was improved the ability of designing and verifying the experimental data.
