摘要
根据常村矿地质资料及S6采区1~#上山的底鼓特征,提出了围岩控制与底鼓治理的支护设计方案。运用力学知识对混凝土反拱组合结构和底板围岩的稳定性进行了分析与混凝土结构设计参数的验证,认为凝土反拱组合结构稳定且参数设计合理;通过对设计的支护方案进行理论分析、数值模拟分析和现场工程试验,得知实际底鼓量为135~194mm,远小于原支护近500mm,且底鼓支护结构稳定,未超过极限载荷,从而证实了采用锚杆-混凝土反拱组合结构控制底鼓方案的可行性。
Based on the geological data and characteristic of floor heave of 1~# roadway in S6 district of Changcun Mine,support scheme in rock and floor heave control was proposed.Mechanics theory was used to analyze the stability of concrete antiarch composite structure and floor surrounding rock,and the design parameters of concrete structure were tested,which showed the concrete antiarch composite structure was stable and the design parameters of concrete antiarch composite structure were reasonable; according to the numerical simulation analysis of the support scheme and situ engineering tests,actual amount of floor heave was 135 ~ 194 mm,far less than 500 mm that using the original support scheme,and the floor heave support structure was stable,not within the range of limit load,feasibility of the scheme was proved for floor heave control with bolt-concrete antiarch structure.
