摘要
为解决受采动、间隔煤柱小等影响的集中巷道工作面正常回采问题,以寺河煤矿东五盘区东翼四条大巷为工程背景,运用理论分析、数值模拟,分析巷道破坏变形原因、注浆存在的问题以及注浆加固后巷道围岩垂直应力和水平应力特征,基于此确定了优化水灰质量比、注浆串孔、胶带巷侧注浆、新增回风巷巷帮锚索的技术措施。现场实践表明,通过优化水灰质量比,有效保证了工作面的安全生产,避免了巷道底鼓、帮鼓对工作面产生的影响。
The mining impact and the small interval of coal pillars affect the normal mining of the concentrated roadway in working face.To solve the problem,with the engineering background of Sihe Mine’s four main roadways in the east wing of the fifth panel area,this paper analyzes the causes of damage and deformation of the roadway,the problems in grouting,and the vertical and horizontal stress characteristics in the surrounding rock of the roadway after grouting reinforcement by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation experiments.Based on this,the technical measures were determined,including optimizing the water-cement mass ratio,grouting the holes,grouting the side of the tape lane,and adding new anchor cables to the return air lane.Field practice shows that the optimization of the water-cement mass ratio could effectively ensure the safe production and avoid the impact of the floor and wall heaves of the working face,which has achieved remarkable results.
