摘要
基于公路全寿命周期理念,针对季冻区半刚性基层疲劳损伤特性及地聚合物材料性能优点,对非开挖式的浅层注浆加固补强技术进行研究分析,同时结合工程实际应用,对比分析路面弯沉、探地雷达两种检测手段实际评价效果,得出非开挖地聚物基层注浆技术适用于季冻区半刚性基层病害处治及补强,能够达到快速修复及基层预防性养护的效果,路面弯沉、探地雷达法均能应用于注浆补强前后检测,但同时又都有一定的局限性。
Based on the life cycle concept of highway,aiming at the fatigue damage characteristics of semi-rigid base in seasonal frozen area and the performance advantages of geopolymer materials,the trenchless shallow grouting reinforcement technology is studied and analyzed.At the same time,in combination with the practical application of engineering,the actual evaluation results of two detection means like pavement deflection and ground penetrating radar are compared and analyzed,so as to obtain that the trenchless geopolymer base grouting technology is suitable for the disease treatment and reinforcement of semi-rigid base in seasonal frozen area,and it can achieve the effect of rapid repair and preventive maintenance of base.The pavement deflection and ground penetrating radar method can be applied to the detection before and after grouting reinforcement,but with certain limitations at the same time.
