摘要
针对近距离煤层群煤柱下巷道变形严重、支护困难等问题,以平朔井工二矿11#煤层21101工作面运输平巷为工程背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对21101运输平巷不同支护方案条件下的应力分布与周边位移量进行了对比分析,确定了最终设计支护方案,并进行了现场工程试验。实践表明,新设计方案支护后巷道15d内顶底板移近量为86mm,两帮移近量为107mm,说明设计支护方案能够有效地控制巷道变形,设计支护参数合理。
Aiming at the support difficulty of roadway under section pillar of the adjacent coal seams, according to the conditions of 21101 working face in Pingshuo No. 2 underground coal mine, the stress distribution and displacement under different support plans were studied with FLAG3D, the optimum support plan was determined. Practice results show that, the roadway roof - to - floor convergence is 86mm and the movement between ribs is 107ram after 15 days of the new support plan, which means the roof sinking has been effectively controlled and the support parameters are reasonable.
