摘要
为揭示上层煤柱下回采巷道矿压显现规律,有效控制围岩变形,根据沙坪煤矿实际开采情况,应用ANSYS进行数值模拟计算,分析不同开采条件时煤柱下回采巷道的围岩分布规律,对煤柱下回采巷道锚杆工作载荷进行现场观测。数值模拟和观测结果表明:当8#上层所留煤柱两侧均为采空区时,煤柱下回采巷道围岩应力是煤柱一侧采空时的1.5-1.8倍,严重影响下层回采巷道的稳定性,因此,在设计时要根据应力分布特点确定合理的巷道位置和支护参数。
This paper presents an insight into the mechanism underlying how underground stress occurs at the mining gateway under coal pillar to provide an effective control of the deformation of surrounding rock. This unique insight is achieved by applying numerical simulation method with which to analyze the stress distribution of the gateway under coal pillar in different mining conditions in Shaping coal mine and conduct the field observation of the load of bolts in gateway. The observation and numerical simulation show that the surrounding rock stress of the gateway under coal pillar with gob on either side is 1. 5 to1. 8 times that of the gateway under coal pillar with gob on one side,producing a great effect on the stability of roadway under the pillar. This requires that the design follow the stress distribution characteristics as a way of determining a reasonable roadway position and supporting parameters based on.
