大倾角综放工作面综采支架倒架原因及控制

摘要 义络煤业主采的二1煤层属于大倾角“三软”煤层,煤层顶软、底软、煤软,在回采过程中由于伪顶较厚,煤壁片帮及老塘流渣都会造成综采支架不同程度的倒架。为预防义络煤业35030“三软”煤层综放工作面回采期间支架下滑及倒架,根据大倾角“三软”煤层特殊的地质条件及顶底板岩性、支架承重及受力稳定性、四周设备使用及连接情况,探讨综采支架移架前后的受力模型,分析得出综采支架倒架原因,通过加设防倒防滑装置、加强顶煤可冒性研究、加快推进速度、人工扩帮,加固顶底板、合理工序衔接配合、按序移架等生产技术控制措施,在支架出现倒架征兆时就及时处理,避免支架倒架,为安全生产创造条件。 The No.21 coal seam mined by Yiluo Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.belongs to the"three soft"coal seam with large dip angle,which is with soft roof,soft floor and soft coal.Due to the thick false roof in the mining process,the coal wall caving and the flow slag of old goaf will cause different degrees of falling of fully-mechanized mining support.In order to prevent the support sliding and falling during the mining period of the 35030"three soft"coal seam fully-mechanized caving face of Yiluo Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,according to the special geological conditions of"three soft"coal seams with large dip angle,lithology of roof and floor,bearing and mechanical stability of support,use and connection of surrounding equipment,the force model of fully-mechanized mining support before and after moving was discussed.The analysis showed that the main reasons for the support falling of fully-mechanized mining support can be summarized.Through the addition of anti-slip devices,strengthening the research of top coal caving feasibility,accelerating the speed of driving,manual expansion,strengthening the roof and floor,reasonable process coordination,moving the support in order and other production technical control measures,and timely handling when the support appears falling signs,the support falling can be avoided,creating conditions for safe production.
