摘要
文章基于2003—2013年中国双向FDI和制造业相关省级数据,运用系统GMM方法就双向FDI对制造业产业结构升级的影响进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,IFDI对制造业产业结构升级有促进作用,但作用的边际影响递减,总体呈倒U型走势;OFDI显著正向影响制造业产业结构升级;双向FDI的协调发展共同提升了制造业产业结构。基于此,本文提出在全局上注重双向FDI的有机融合、引进外资应重视制造业的高端高质高新化以及继续加快对外直接投资步伐的建议。
Based on the relevant provincial panel data of two - way FDI and manufacturing industry during 2003 - 2013, using system GMM method, the paper empirically studies the influences of two - way FDI on the upgrading of manufacturing industrial structure. The result shows as follows： IFDI can effectively promote the upgrading of manufacturing industrial structure, but the marginal effect decreases progressive- ly, showing an inverted U -shaped trend as a ding of manufacturing industrial structure; the upgrading of manufacturing industrial structure whole; OFDI has significant positive impact on the upgra- coordination development of two -way FDI promotes the jointly. Based on the findings of this study, the paper pro- poses some suggestions to promote the upgrading of manufacturing industrial structure, which include emphasizing the organic integration of two - way FDI overall, attaching the importance to high - level, high -quality,high- tech of manufacturing industry when introducing foreign investment,and keeping accel- erating the pace of OFDI.
