摘要
目前,城乡教师专业化发展不同步,农村教师专业化水平偏低,提高农村教师专业化发展水平,是缩小教育城乡差距、促进教育均衡发展的重中之重。农村教师想要提升专业化水平,实现发展,需要构建一个完整的教师专业发展制度体系,试从立法制度的完善、准入与评价制度的衔接、激励与保障制度的完善三个方面来构建。
Currently, there is the asynchronous development between urban and rural teachers with the latter having lower professional level, therefore, improving professional development of the rural teachers and bridging the gap between the urban and the rural areas is the top priority to boosting balanced development of education. Now it is urgent to set up the whole system for teachers ' professional development from the three perspectives of perfecting legislation system, the institutional framework of access and evaluation system and perfection of the incentive and security system.
