摘要
目的系统了解全区食品安全现状,发现薄弱环节,制定有针对性的监管措施。方法收集太原杏花岭区2015年度食品安全抽检资料,采用SPSS16.0软件进行数据分析,了解抽检样品的合格情况。结果 2015年度共抽检16类食品样品和餐具样品共755份,总体合格率91.4%,生产环节合格率最低,为75%,餐具、干果/炒货和白酒的合格率较低,分别为76.1%、83.3%和90%。结论杏花岭区食品安全存在隐患,应重点监管生产企业,并将餐具、干果/炒货及白酒列入重点监测品种,同时开展专项整治和宣传教育活动,提升食品安全水平。
Objective To make an insight systematically into the status of food safety of Xinghualing district and find out weak links of food administration. Accordingly, pertinent supervision measures could be made. Methods The information of 2015 food safety sampling of Xinghualng district was collected and analyzed by SPSS16.0 in order to investigate the qualification rate of the samples. Results The samples of tableware and 16 kinds of food amounted to 755, the qualified rate was 91.4%. Furthermore, the lowest qualified rate was production link, accounting for 75%. The qualified rates of tableware, dried fruit and nuts and liquor were 76.1%, 83.3% and 90% respectively, which were not high. Conclusion There are some food safety concerns in the district. It is very important to strengthen the supervision of production enterprises and list tableware, dried fruit and nuts and liquor as key regulatory objects. Meanwhile, special rectification actions and propaganda activities should be launched to improve food safety.
