摘要
目的掌握地方市售食品安全动态状况,及时为监管部门和消费者提供市售食品安全信息。方法按标准方法检测食品中理化、微生物、食品添加剂及农药兽药残留等指标。结果全市共抽检食品63类2401份样品,合格2317份,合格率96.50%;其中油条合格率最低,为18.75%;不同采样场所(χ2=66.718,P<0.01)和不同包装(χ2=65.045,P<0.01)食品监测结果差异有统计学意义。结论通过风险监测,为建立食品安全预警机制,部署监管工作,提升地方市售食品整体合格水平,提供了决策依据和参考。
Objective To grasp dynamic state of food safety of the local market and provide regulatory authorities and consumers with the corresponding information. Methods The indices including physical and chemical index, microbial index, food additive and pesticide and veterinary drug residues in food were determined according to standards. Results The total of 2401 samples in 63 categories were inspected. The qualified quantity and rate were 2317 and 96.50 %, respectively. The food of the lowest qualified rate was deep-flied dough sticks, which just reached 18.75 %. Significant difference was found among different sampling sites (Z2 =66.718, P〈0.01) and different packaging (Z2=65.045, P〈0.01). Conclusion Food safety monitoring will provide decision-making basis and reference for establishing the food safety warning mechanism, deploying the monitoring work and promoting the overall quality level of local food on the market.
