摘要 针对目前汽车界齿轮齿条式转向器常用的两类传动比模型,一类是梯形式传动比模型,由于存在拐点导致驾驶员在行驶过程中产生不适感,另一类光滑过渡曲线式传动比模型的计算复杂等问题,提出了一种转向器齿扇齿条传动比模型设计。从该传动比模型的角度出发,根据平面啮合方程以及坐标变换公式,建立了非圆齿扇齿廓的参数方程,根据包络原理和齿条范成法,在MATLAB编程中实现了齿扇齿条的二维建模以及加工仿真,基于有限元分析方法,在Workbench中对建立的三维模型进行了力学性能分析。通过仿真分析校核了强度,证明了该设计方法具有可靠性和正确性,同时该类传动比能有效的提高汽车转向性能,对转向器的设计具有借鉴意义。 Aiming at the problems of the two kinds of transmission ratio models one is the ladder form transmission ratio model, which leads to discomfort during driving, the other is the smooth transition curve transmission ratio model, which is complicated in calculation used in the rack and pinion steering gear, a method for the design of rack and pinion steering gear is presented. From the perspective of the function of transmission ratio,according to the plane engagementequation and the coordinate transformation formula, the parametric equation of non-circular gear is established, According to the envelope principle and the rack generating method, the modeling of gear rack is realized in MATLAB. In order to prove the reasonability of the structure, the 3D model is analyzed in ANSYS Workbench. It is proved that the design method is reliable and accurate, and can effectively improve the steering performance of the vehicle. At the same time, the reference significance of the transmission ratio model design for further steering gear design is provided.
