摘要
虚拟设计是机械设计的必然趋势.介绍在UG环境下进行齿轮齿条式转向器参数化结构设计的方法,同时实现模型的虚拟装配及仿真分析.通过直接造型与草图造型相结合的方法,提高了齿轮齿条式转向器结构设计的参数化程度,缩短了产品的开发周期.
Virtual design is the trend of mechanic design. The methods of UG-based parameterization structural design of rack-and-pinion redirector are introduced, and virtual assembly and dynamic animation combined with rack-and-pinion redirector are implemented. The combination of immediate modeling and sketch modeling enhanced the level of parameterization of structural design of rack-andpinion redirector and also shortened the time needed for a product development cycle.
