摘要
首先运用Unigraphics软件对变速器各零部件进行三维实体建模、虚拟装配,然后运用其运动分析模块进行了运动仿真分析,确定各档的不同速度及轴、齿轮的受力情况。最后进行结构分析,对模型对象添加约束条件并施加载荷,分析模型应变情况并校核强度。
Firstly,the three-dimensional solid models of the transmission's parts were established and virtual assembly based on Unigraphics software. Then dynamic animation was performed to confirm the different speed and dint circumstance of each axis and gear. Lastly structure analyze was realized,stipulation and force were added to the model,model displacement was analyzed and intension was verified.
