摘要
将数值优化软件modefrontier同机械动力学仿真分析软件msc.adams集成,以转向梯形底角和转向臂长度为设计参数,最小传动角为约束,以汽车转向时车轮实际转角与理论转角的误差平方和最小为目标函数,采用模拟退火算法对转向机构进行最优化设计。计算结果表明,该集成方法和传统的设计方法相比不仅提高了分析研究的效率,而且采用的算法增大了求得全局最优解的可能性,能有效保证转向机构的运动精度和传动稳定性。
The combination of the optimization software, modefrontier and msc. adams, is applied to design the steering mechanism, with bottom angle of steering trapezoid and the trapezoid arm length as design parameters, minimum square error between theoretical and practical steering angle as objective function, minimum transmit angel as constraint, and Simulated Annealing (SA) as the optimization algorithm. The results prove the method, compared with the traditional design, not only increases the efficiency of analysis and research, but also improves the possibility of seeking the whole optima/solution, and assures the kinematics precision of steering mechanism and the transmit steady.
