技能偏好型技术进步理论视域下企业参与职业教育的理论分析 被引量:5

摘要 技能偏好型技术进步、工资挤压效应以及企业个体能力等因素共同作用,形成了企业参与职业教育的动力结构。研究结果显示,技术偏好型技术进步强化了企业追逐技能的意愿,工资挤压效应增加了企业提供培训的动机,而企业个体能力则决定了企业参与职业教育的具体模式。伴随着技能偏好型技术进步的发展,企业参与职业教育主导性价值取向将逐步由成本偏好向技术进步偏好转变。为确保企业技术进步偏好机制取向的实现,企业将通过全方位、有效的参与方式参与职业教育,不断强化企业在职业教育中的话语权,引导技术进步带来的技能工人标准与职业教育人才培养标准的有效对接,这对企业参与职业教育政策制定具有重要的启示意义。 The dynamic structure of enterprise participating in vocational education is analyzed with the influence of skills-biased technology progress, wage compressed effect and enterprise's individual capacity. The conclusion shows that skills-biased technology progress strengthens enterprise's desire to chase skills, wage compressed effect increases the motivation of enterprise providing training and enterprise's individual ability determines the specific mode of enterprise participating in vocational education. With the development of skills-biased technology progress, the dominant value orientation of enterprise participating in vocational education will gradually transfer form the cost preference to the technology progress preference. Therefore, enterprises will participate in vocational education through comprehensive, effective participation channel to strengthen the capacity of influencing vocational education and effectively improve the synergy between the enterprise worker skills demand standards and vocational education teaching standards. This has important significance for designing the policy of enterprises participating in vocational education.
