摘要
职业教育的现代性内涵体现为:职业教育发展和改革的根本动力是劳动力市场的需求;职业教育的培养目标是塑造全面发展的职业人,打破单一的、工作定向的教育观念和方式,以适应知识经济发展对人才的要求;职业教育的课程与教学模式是学术内容与职业技术的有机整合.为此,既要从宏观着眼,以普通教育为基础,并与之相互融通,又要从微观着手,在课程编制、教师培养等方面进行全面改革.
The author analyses the intension of modern vocational education from aspects of the motive power of the development and reform of vocational education,the training target of vocational education and the curriculum and teaching pattern of vocational education,regards that we should take general edu-cation as the basis to integrate it with vocational education,and reform the curriculum provision and teach-ers' training in all-round way.
