摘要
市政工程是一个复杂的项目,市政工程企业承担着重要的责任。随着人们对城市化建设要求的不断提高,市政工程企业面临着巨大的挑战,为了提高市政工程企业的抗压能力,需要大量人才的支持和合理化的人力资源管理。文章通过对市政工程企业中的人力资源管理内容进行研究讨论,了解目前市政工程企业中人力资源管理存在的问题,并提出有效的措施加以改善。
Municipal engineering is a complex project, municipal engineering enterprises assume an important responsibility. Along with the people' s requirement to the city construction constantly increase, the municipal engineering enterprise is facing a huge challenge, in order to improve municipal engineering enterprise ability, it need the human resources management support and reasonable human resource management. This paper discusses the content of human resource management in municipal engineering enterprises, and discusses the existing problems of human re source management in municipal engineering enterprises, and puts forward some effective measures.
