摘要
目的:分析贵州省不同产地22批水黄花药材中的铅、镉、铜、汞及砷5种重金属或元素。方法:分别采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定水黄花药材中的铅和镉含量、火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜含量、原子荧光光谱法测定砷和汞含量,以《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》对22批药材中5种重金属或元素含量进行评价。结果:22批水黄花药材中的铜、砷及汞含量均在限定标准范围内,2批来自关岭的药材中铅的含量超出标准、9批来自关岭、惠水、修文及高坡的水黄花中镉的含量超出标准。结论:贵州省内各产地的水黄花药材中的铅、镉、汞及砷含量存在较大差异,其中镉超标现象较为严重。
Objective:To investigate the heavy metals such as Hg,As,Pb,Cd,Cu in 22 batches of Euphorbia chrysocoma herbs gathered from different areas of Guizhou province in order to evaluate its quality and safety.Method:Contents of Pb and Cd were determined with graphite furmace atomic absorption spectrometry,content of Cu was determined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry,and contents of As and Hg were determined with atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The 22 batches of Euphorbia chrysocoma herbs were evaluated in terms of heavy metal contents according to the standards of 〈Green Industry Standards for Import and Export of Medical Plants and Preparations 〉.Result:The contents of Hg,Cu,As in all determined herbs were below the limits.Pb content did not exceed limits except in 2 batches from Guanling.Cd contents in 9 batches from Guanling,Huishui,Xiuwen and Gaopo areas exceeded the standard level.Conclusion:The heavy metals' contents in different gatherings of Euphorbia chrysocoma from different areas of Guizhou vary tremendously.Of which,Cd content seriously exceed the limitation.
