原子荧光光谱法对红景天制剂中砷、汞含量的检测 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立红景天制剂中砷、汞含量的测定方法。方法以HNO_3-H_2O_2为消解剂对试样进行微波消解,用原子荧光光度计对样品进行测定。结果砷、汞的线性范围分别为0~10μg/L、0~1.0μg/L,线性方程分别为IF=241.67981c-21.74423(R=0.99987)、IF=1322.4766c-8.1358(R=0.99982)。在红景天膏剂、片剂和颗粒中的砷含量分别为0.362、0.280、0.210 mg/kg,汞含量分别为0.17、0.022、0.031 mg/kg。砷、汞检出限分别为0.02、0.01μg/L,平均回收率分别为4.31%~101.09%、 93.45%~102.62%(n=5)。结论该方法操作简便,结果准确可靠。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of arsenic and mercury in rhodiola preparations.Methods The samples were digested by microwave with HNO3-H2O2 as digestive agent and determined by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer. Results The linear ranges of arsenic and mercury were 0-10ug/L and 0-1.0 ug/L respectively. The linear equations were IF = 241.67981c-21.74423 (R = 0.99987) and IF = 1322.4766c-8.1358 (R = 0.99982). The arsenic content in rhodiola ointment, tablet and granule was 0.362 mg/kg, 0.280 mg/kg, 0.210 mg/kg, and the mercury content was 0.17 mg/kg, 0.022 mg/kg and 0.031 mg/kg, respectively.The detection limits of arsenic and mercury were 0.02 ug/L and 0.01 ug/L respectively. The average recovery rates were 4.31% ~101.09% and 93.45 ~102.62% (n =5). Conclusion The method is easy to operate, the results are accurate and reliable.
