Determination of Bismuth in Cosmetics by Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy with High Pressure Digestion

摘要 目的利用高压消解罐消化样品后,采用原子荧光法测定化妆品中铋。方法采用全密封聚四氟乙烯消化罐高压消解样品,利用原子荧光法测定样品。结果线性范围在0~30ng/ml,检出限0.1ng/ml,回收率86.2%~109.0%。结论本方法具有方便、准确的特点。 Objective To establish a method for determination of Bismuth in cosmetics by atomic fluorescence spectroscopy (AFS)with digested sample.Methods Simples were digested by high-pressure digestion,the optimum and experimental conditions were selected.Results The liner range of the method was 0-30 ng/ml ,detection limit was 0.1 ng/ml,the recovery rates of the trace ranged from 86.2%to109.0%.Conclusion This method can satisfy the determination of Bismuth in cosmetics.
