摘要
目的:研究水黄花地上部分的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱层析、RP-18柱层析、Sephadex LH-20、制备薄层层析以及重结晶等多种色谱手段和方法分离纯化化合物,采用核磁共振、质谱等现代波谱技术和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从水黄花地上部分75%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位中分离得到6个化合物,其结构分别被鉴定为:蒲公英赛酮(1)、3-表-蒲公英赛醇(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、β-谷甾酮(4)、交京大戟内酯E(5)和芝麻素(6)。结论:化合物1、2、4、5和6均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective : To study the chemical constituents from the aerial part of Euphorbia chrysocoma. Methods : All compounds were isolated and purified by many methods, including siliga gel and reversed phase RP-18 column chromatographies, preparative thin layer chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, and recrystallization. Their structures were mainly elucidated by ESI-MS and NMR spectra and their physical characters. Results: Six compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether section from 75% ethanol extraction of the material. Their structures were identified as taraxerol ( 1 ), epitaraxerol ( 2 ), β-sistosterol ( 3 ), β-sitostenone ( 4 ), jolkinolide E (5), and sesamin(6). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
