摘要
目的研究焦虑症患者不良情绪与认知功能损害的关系。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月期间我院门诊就诊和病区收治的102例焦虑症患者作为观察组,100例健康者作为对照组,比较两组受试者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分及认知功能损害的发生率,分析MoCA与HAMA/HAMD评分的相关性。结果观察组患者HAMA评分(19.7±5.3),HAMD评分(23.4±5.6),MoCA评分(25.0±1.9),认知功能损害发生率82.35%(84/102);对照组的HAMA评分(8.8±3.5),HAMD评分(7.1±1.3),MoCA评分(27.2±2.5),认知功能损害发生率13.00%(13/100)。观察组患者HAMA、HAMD及认知功能损害的发生率高于对照组,观察组的MoCA低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。焦虑症患者的MoCA评分与HAMA评分(r=-0.226,P=0.027)及HAMD评分(r=-0.231,P=0.015)呈显著负相关。结论焦虑症患者的焦虑、抑郁等情绪对患者的认知功能具有负面影响。
Objective To analyze the relativity between negative emotion and cognitive impairment in patients with anxiety disorder. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016, 102 patients with anxiety disorders in our hospital out- patient clinic and treatment area were selected as the observation group, and 100 healthy people were selected as con- trol group. The HAMA, HAMD, MoCA and rate of cognitive impairment were compared between two groups, and the relativity between MoCA and HAMD/HAMD was analyzed. Results The HAMA score was （ 19.7±5.3 ）, the HAMD score was （23.4±5.6）, the MoCA score was （25.0±1.9 ）, and the rate of cognitive impairment was 82.35 % （84/102） in study group, while those in control group were respectively （ 8.8±3.5 ）, （ 7.1 ±1.3 ）, （ 27.2±2.5 ） and 13.00 % （ 13/100 ）. Compared with control group, the scores of HAMA, HAMD and rate of cognitive impairment of patients in study group were higher, and the scores of MoCA of study group was lower, the difference demonstrated statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. MoCA had significantly negative correlation with HAMA （r = -0.226, P = 0.027 ） and HAMD （ r = -0.231, P = 0.015 ） in the study group. Conclusion The anxiety and depression had negative influence on cognitive function in patients with anxiety disorder.
