摘要
[目的/意义]分析高校图书馆微信公众平台用户持续关注行为的影响因素及其作用方式,为平台的运营和推广提供借鉴。[方法/过程]借鉴扩展的ECM-ISC模型,加入新媒体特点、平台质量和主观行为规范等因子,构建高校图书馆微信公众平台用户持续关注行为模型,通过问卷调查收集数据,借助IBM Amos 17.0进行实证分析。[结果/结论]扩展的ECM-ISC模型对高校图书馆微信公众平台用户持续关注行为研究具有较好的适用性;感知趣味性和感知隐私安全性等新媒体特点对用户持续关注行为影响不够显著;信息质量通过用户感知有用性对用户持续关注意向产生间接影响;系统质量、服务质量、周围人际关系和媒体对用户持续关注意向直接产生正向影响。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to analyze influential factors and their action modes on user continuous focus behavior on We Chat public platform of university library, so as to provide reference for the platform's operation and promotion.[Method/process]The paper imitates extended ECM-ISC model, adds factors such as new media characteristics, platform quality and subjective behavioral norms to construct behavior model of user continuous focus on We Chat public platform of university library, collects data by questionnaire survey, and uses IBM Amos 17.0 to conduct empirical analysis. [Result/conclusion]The extended ECM-ISC model is suitable for study on user continuous focus behavior on We Chat public platform of university library; perceived playfulness and perceived privacy security of new media have unobvious influence on user continuous focus be havior; information quality through user perceived its usefulness plays indirect effect on intention of user continuous focus; system quality, service quality, interpersonal relationship and media directly positively impact on user's continuous focus intention.
