摘要
目的探讨温清饮加味治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2011年6月-2016年8月于我院门诊接受治疗的口腔溃疡患者60例为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予康复新液含漱,治疗组给予康复新液含漱配合温清饮加味口服,观察并比较两组治疗前后患处局部充血、水肿、疼痛及溃疡愈合情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论温清饮加减治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Wenqingyin additives in treatment of patients with recurrent oral ulcer. Methods 60 cases of patients with recurrent oral ulcer were selected from June 2011 to August 2016 and randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）. Mouthwash with kangfuxin solution was used in control group, and mouthwash with kangfuxin solution and oral administration with Wenqingyin additives was used in treatment group. The affected local hyperemia, edema, ache and ulcer healing situation were compared before and after treatment between two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group,was 93.3%, the total effective rate in control group was 73.3%, and there were significant differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is a definite curative effect of Wenqingyin additives in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. It is worth to be generalized.
