摘要
目的分析2011年-2015年淄博市HIV抗体筛查阳性样本确证实验结果,为制定防控策略及实验室检测策略提供技术支持。方法对664例筛查阳性样本进行确证实验,用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 664例样本中,男女确证检测结果分布差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.599,P<0.05);4个年龄组之间的确证实验结果分布差异有统计学意义(χ2=27.018,P<0.05),以21岁~40岁确证阳性数最多(400例),而41岁~60岁送检确证阳性率最高(86.7%);不同筛查来源的样本确证结果的分布差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.517,P<0.05),来自于疾病预防控制系统的确证阳性率最高(86.8%),送检人群中以在押吸毒人群的确证阳性率最高;确证条带中gp160的阳性率为100.0%,p55阳性率最低,为62.7%。结论本市HIV感染以男性为主,年龄以21岁~40岁青壮年为主,需加大对本市不同筛查实验室的管理培训,加强男男同性的管理,密切监测在押吸毒人群,最大限度地发现中老年人感染者。
Objective To analyze the experimental results of positive HIV antibody screening samples in Zibo during 2011-2015,so as to provide technical support for the prevention and control strategies as well as laboratory testing strategies. Methods Confirmatory tests were carried out on 664 cases of screening positive samples,and SPSS 17. 0 was used for statistical analysis. Results In 664 samples,there was statistical significance in the difference of detection results between male and female( χ^2= 10. 599,P〈0. 05). The result distribution differences in 4 age groups by the confirmatory test had statistical significance( χ^2= 27. 018,P〈0. 05),and the number of positive confirmation within 21- 40 years old was the most( 400 cases),while the confirmed positive rate was the highest in 41- 60 years old( 86. 7%). The distribution difference of the confirmation results from different screening sources was statistically significant( χ^2= 19. 517,P〈0. 05),and the confirmed positive rate from CDC was the highest( 86. 8%); the positive rate of drug users was the highest. The positive rate of gp160 was 100. 0%,and that of p55 was the lowest( 62. 7%). Conclusion HIV infection in this city is mainly male,who are mainly 21- 40 years old young adults. It is necessary to increase management and training to different screening laboratories,strengthen the management of male homosexual,close monitor prisoned drug users,and find infections in the elderly.
