摘要
目的分析疾病预防控制系统艾滋病防治人员能力提高的作用。方法选取该疾病预防控制中心的10名艾滋病防治人员作为观察组,并将另外10名艾滋病防治人员设为对照组,对照组未给予培训,观察组给予提高能力方面的培训,培训结束后,分别让两组防治人员对100例艾滋病患者进行检测,并将两组防治人员的HIV检测率进行对比。结果观察组的HIV检测率96%,对照组HIV检测率54%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组HIV检测阳性率50.00%,对照组HIV检测阳性率22.22%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率10.00%,对照组不良事件发生率40.00%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率98%,对照组总满意率76%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疾病预防控制系统艾滋病防治人员能力提高后,能明显提升HIV检测率及HIV检测阳性率,同时降低不良事件的发生率,增加患者对医院的满意度,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of ability improvement of AID preventive staff in the disease prevention and control system. Methods 10 cases of AIDS preventive staff in the disease preventive and control center were selected as the observation group, 10 cases of AIDS preventive staff were selected as the control group, and the control group did not adopt training, the observation group adopted the training of improving the ability, at the end of training, and100 cases of AIDS patients were tested by the two groups, and the HIV test rate of the two groups was compared. Results There was an obvious difference in the test rate of HIV between the observation group and the control group by comparison,（96% vs 54%）,（P〈0.05）, and there was an obvious difference in the HIV test positive rate between the observation group and the control group by comparison,（50.00% vs 22.22%）（P〈0.05）, and there was an obvious difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group,（10.00% vs 40.00%）（P〈0.05）, and the difference in the total satisfactory rate between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance,（98% vs 76%）（P 0.05）.Conclusion The ability improvement of AID preventive staff in the disease prevention and control system can obviously improve the test rate of HIV and HIV test positive rate, and can reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions and increase the satisfactory degree of patients to hospital, which is worth promotion.
