摘要
结合2015年度检验检疫部门相关数据对我国进出口食品安全情况进行了分析。同时在总结我国现有法律体系的基础上,对我国进出口食品安全法律法规现状进行了概述,归纳出了我国在进出口食品安全中存在的法律和管理方面的问题。最后,结合我国国情,对加强我国进出口食品安全法律规制和管理体系建设提出了意见和建议。
This paper has analyzed the situation of import and export food safety in China,which is based on 2015 annual inspection and quarantine departments related data. At the same time, this paper have overviewed the current laws and regulations situation of the import and export food safety in our country, concluded the existing legal and management issues about the import and export food safety of our country, which is on the basis of summarizing the existing legal system in China. At last, this paper gives opinions and s uggestions about how to strengthen law regulation and management system of import and export food safety in China.
