摘要 我国进口食品种类和数量的不断增加以及网络购物的快速发展,加剧了我国进口食品安全监管的复杂性。针对我国进口食品安全监管体制现状,通过对发达国家典型进口食品安全监管体制及其特点——美国以品种为主的分散型食品安全监管、日本以食品环节分类的分步监管、德国分级负责的食品安全监管的分析,结合我国进口食品安全监管体制的不足,提出我国进口食品安全监管体制完善的政策建议。 In the trend of economic globalization, the sources of food are becoming more and more diversified.Food safety problems occur frequently around the world and the increasing variety and quantity of imported food and the rapid development of internet shopping have aggravated the complexity of China's imported food safety supervision. According to the present situation of China's imported food safety supervision system, through the analysis of the safety supervision system and its characteristics of the imported food in the developed countries——the American variety-oriented food safety supervision, the step-by-step regulation of food link classification in Japan, Germany's classification responsible for food safety supervision and combined with the insufficiency of China's imported food safety supervision system,the paper puts forward the policy suggestion for perfecting our country's import food safety supervision system.
