摘要
利用铸坯及盘条淬火+回火热处理金相检验、电子探针等技术,研究了高温扩散工艺对轴承钢低倍组织和碳化物不均匀性的影响。研究结果显示:铸坯经高温扩散处理后,枝晶间的大颗粒共晶碳化物溶解消除,Cr元素分布趋于均匀化,铸坯酸洗低倍质量明显提升,轧制后盘条的带状碳化物改善显著,但对盘条的低倍组织尤其是酸洗孔洞缺陷没有影响。
The influence of high-temperature diffusion on macrostructure and carbide inhomogeneity of the bearing steel were studied by metallographic test method of bloom and wire with quenching and tempering heat treatment and EPMA.The results show that the large size of eutectic carbides in the interdendritic are dissolved and Cr element distribution tend to be uniform after high-temperature diffusion.The transverse and longitudinal macrostructure of the bloom are improved significantly,and the control of the zonal carbides of wire rod have a great improvement,but there is no influence on the wire rod pickling macrostructure.
