摘要
高碳钢小方坯连铸生产中采用M+F-EMS时,在F-EMS的强搅拌下产生白亮带,白亮带的出现使得铸坯中心碳偏析、中心缩孔和疏松加重。白亮带处的枝晶生长方向改变而生成弯曲的枝晶。白亮带形成的最重要机理是冲刷机理。
White band in high carbon steel billet is formed due to the strong stirring intensity of F-EMS. The central carbon segregation and cavity and porosities in billet are aggravated with the appearance of white band. The dendrite growth direction is changed and dendrites are curved in the zone of white band. The mechanism of white band formation is scouring.
