摘要
对280 mm×380 m m 大方坯连铸凝固末端的最佳电磁搅拌频率进行了模拟.结果表明,在拉坯速度为0.7m /m in的条件下,凝固末端的最佳搅拌频率为4耀8 Hz.在此范围内,随着频率的增加,液芯处的最大磁感应强度逐渐降低,最大电磁力逐渐增加.工业生产结果也表明,此频率范围的应用明显减轻了 C 元素的偏析程度.
The simulation experiment on the optimal frequency of electromagnetic stirring forcasting 280 mm×380 mm blooms at the end of solidification was carried out. The experimental resultsshow that the optimal frequency of electromagnetic stirring at the end of solidification is inthe range from 4 H z t o 8 Hz on condition that the casting speed is 0.7 meters per minute. In thisrange the maximum magnetic induction at liquid core decreased gradually while the maximumelectromagnetic force increased gradually as the frequency increased. According to the industrialpractice the degree of segregation due to the carbon in steel is obviously declined in casting in theabove-mentioned frequency limit.
