摘要
目的深入了解老年临终患者家属的照护需求,为更好地开展临终关怀服务提供依据。方法 2015年3月至2016年4月,采用现象学研究方法,对8名老年临终患者的家属照护者进行半结构式回顾性访谈,用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果老年临终患者家属的照护需求可归纳为6个主题:(1)满足患者生理需要的需求;(2)极度虚弱状态下的沟通技术需求;(3)减轻患者恐惧与痛苦的灵性需求;(4)弥留之际的善终需求;(5)高度专业个案管理的医疗需求;(6)身心疲惫,渴望喘息支持。结论应关注临终患者家属的照护需求,有针对性地开展对患者及其家属的临终关怀服务。
Objective To deeply understand the caring needs of family members of elderly terminally-ill patients,in order to provide evidence for the better implementation of hospice care.Methods By using phenomenological research method,the family members of 8 elderly terminally-ill patients were selected and had semi-structured retrospective interviews.The data were analyzed by phenomenological methods.Results Six themes were extracted：meet the physiological needs of patients;communication technology needs in extremely weak condition;spiritual needs for reducing the fear and pain of patients;the deathbed hospice needs;medical needs of highly professional case management;physically and mentally exhausted, desire for breath support.Conclusions There is a need to pay attention to the caring needs of the family members of terminally-ill patients, and provided the targeted hospice care to patients and their family members.
