老年糖尿病患者与主要照顾者同步接受健康教育的效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨老年糖尿病患者与主要照顾者同步接受健康教育的临床效果。方法在门诊就诊及健康体检患者初次诊断为糖尿病中选取符合条件的老年糖尿病患者80例,根据单双号分为试验组和对照组,各40例,试验组家庭的主要照顾者42名(其中2例患者有2名主要照顾者),对试验组及主要照顾者、对照组进行同步健康教育。结果试验组在糖尿病知识、态度、行为等方面较对照组有明显的进步,患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂等生化指标明显改善。结论对老年糖尿病患者进行健康教育时,应注重同时对主要照顾者进行健康教育。 Objective To investigate and study the clinical effect of health education synchronously performed on seniors with diabetes and their caregivers.Methods 80 seniors who met the qualifications and were first diagnosed with diabetes were selected to form the trial and the control group according to their odd or even number.Each group and their caregivers received a synchronous health education.Results The patients in the trial group not only developed better knowledge,attitude and behavior towards diabetes but also had better improvement in indexes of fasting blood-glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and bolld-fat than those in the control.Conclusion Health education should be synchronously carried on seniors with diabetes and their caregivers.
