摘要
目的了解消化系统癌症晚期患者主要照顾者负担,探讨相关影响因素,为开展针对性护理提供依据,以提高消化系统晚期癌症患者的生活质量,减轻其主要照顾者的负担。方法使用照顾者压力指标量表,按便利抽样的原则对85名消化系统晚期癌症患者的主要照顾者以问卷形式进行调查。结果主要照顾者压力指标总分为(10.85±2.56)分,压力性负担明显存在。每日照顾时间不同及与患者关系不同的主要照顾者,其照顾负担差异有统计学意义。结论消化系统癌症晚期患者主要照顾者存在压力性负担,尤其是患者的配偶和每日照顾时间较长的照顾者。护理人员在护理患者的同时要顾及到其主要照顾者的感受,有必要为照顾者提供相应的支持性服务,以缓解照顾者的压力,促进其身心健康,特别是患者的配偶和每日照顾时间较长的照顾者。
Objective To understand the burden of caregivers of patients with terminal digestive system cancer,to discuss factors related to the burden and to provide reference for personalized nursing.Methods The survey was conducted among 85 caregivers with convenient sampling by Caregiver Strain Index.Results The total score of caregivers was 10.85±2.56,which indicated apparent stress burden.The major influencing factors included daily care length and the relationship between caregivers and the patients.Conclusion There exists stress burden among major caregivers of patients with terminal digestive system cancer,particularly among the spouse of the patients and those who spend a lot of time on care.It is necessary for nursing staff to provide supportive service for caregivers.
