摘要
目的 :调查临床护士在临终护理中存在的缺陷 ,提出相应的管理措施。方法 :对从事临床护理工作的 10 2名护士进行有关临终关怀知识和临床实施情况进行问卷调查。同时对 90例住院死亡护理病历进行回顾性分析。结果 :①护士能正确回答临终护理内容的有 31人 ,占 30 .4 % ;主动关心临终病人并进行心理护理的有 5 4人 ,占 5 2 .9% ;与病人家属沟通 ,提供心理护理的 4 9人 ,占 4 8.0 % ;曾经与病人或家属讨论善终问题的有 8人 ,占 7.8% ;参加过临终关怀相关知识学习的 4 5人 ,占4 4 .1%。②病历中 ,对病人的心理护理有护理诊断、措施、效果评价的有 17份 ,占 18.9% ;对病人的心理护理有诊断、措施、没有效果评价的有 2 4份 ,占 2 6 .7% ;对家属有心理支持的有 10份 ,占 11.1%。结论 :重视对护理人员临终关怀相关知识教育 ,加强护理人员的培训 ,提高护士心理素质、业务素质 ,规范临终关怀的护理常规 。
Objective: The purpose of the study was to explore the effective interventions for the dying client care. Methods: The questionnaires on the dying client care were completed by 102 nurses in hospital. And 90 records of dead client were reviewed. Result: ① Thirty-one nurses knew well in care of the dying client(30.4%), 54 paid attention to care of dying client and take psychology nursing initiative(52.9%), 49 communicated with clients’ relation and offer psychology nursing(48.0%),8 talked with client or their relation about how to get more comfortable at the last time(7.8%), and 45 took part in training of care of the dying client (44.7%). ②Seventeen cases had nurse diagnose ,measure, and effect estimate(18.9%), 24 had nurse diagnose , measure except effect estimate (26.1%), 10 supplied psychology support to clients’ relation(11.1%). Conclusion:It was necessary to pay more attentions to nurse training of care of the dying client at respects of nursing knowledge and skills as so to provide more comprehensive care for the dying client.
