摘要
D校文秘专业着眼于当地企业人才需求,创新人才培养机制,积极探索"校企合作、工学结合"的"2+1"人才培养模式,加大实习实训教学比重,重视顶岗实习,在专业建设上取得了很大成效。该专业在后续人才培养模式改革中,需进一步强化产教合作水平、优化课程结构、提高"双师型"教师比例、健全学业考核评价机制,进而推动人才培养质量的稳步提高。
The Secretarial Specialty has made a great achievement on the professional construction in D Teachers' College. Its professional reform strategies include focusing on the talent needs of local industries and enterprises, innovating the talent training mechanism, executing the "2 +1" talent training mode, increasing the proportion of practical training and strengthening the internship. It is necessary to further strengthen the cooperative level between the local industries and the vocational education, optimize the curriculum structure, improve the ratio of "dual-qualified" teachers and perfect the professional evaluation mechanism of the students' study, so as to promote the quality improvement of the talent training steadily.
