摘要
高职教育必须紧密联系具体的岗位实践,必须强调岗位(群)工作能力的训练。然而,现实中由于学科中心传统课程观念的根深蒂固,行业、企业参与职业教育办学的缺位以及职教教师生产实践经验的缺失,导致高职教育偏离了实践轨道。高职院校应在深刻认识实践教学重要性的基础上,通过建设校内专业实践中心、以工作任务为中心组织实践教学,落实教师企业实践制度,编写理实一体化教材等途径,才能构建实践导向的教学体系。
It is necessary for Higher Vocational Education to be closely linked to specific post practice and to emphasize the training of post(Group)working ability.However,the traditional subject-oriented curriculum concept is deeply ingrained in reality,combined with the vacancy of industry and enterprises in the vocational education and teachers'lack of practice experience,all these factors result in the deviation of practice teaching in higher vocational education.Higher vocational colleges should,based on a profound understanding of the importance of the practice teaching,develop a practice-oriented teaching system through the construction of campus practice center,task-centered organization of practice teaching,implementing teachers'enterprise practice system and compiling the theory-practice integrated textbooks.
