摘要
为研究林下种植竹荪地竹荪采收后土壤微生物功能多样性,运用Biolog-ECO技术,分析了竹林地、橡胶林地和生姜竹荪套种地竹荪采收后的土壤微生物群落功能多样性。结果表明:土壤微生物平均吸光值(AWCD)总体变化趋势和对六大类碳源的利用情况均为竹林下种植竹荪地(竹林地)>橡胶林空白对照地>橡胶林下种植竹荪地(橡胶林地)>生姜+竹荪套种地(竹林地),即竹林地活性最强,套种地活性最低。土壤微生物Shananon-Wiener指数(H'值)、Pielou均匀度指数(E值)、Simpson指数(D值)的总体趋势均为竹林地>橡胶林对照地>橡胶林地>生姜+竹荪套种地,即土壤微生物多样性竹林地最高,套种地最低。竹林地土壤微生物的Mc Intosh指数与橡胶林地、生姜+竹荪套种地和橡胶林对照地间差异均显著,且均极显著;橡胶林地和生姜+竹荪套种地土壤微生物的Mc Intosh指数差异不显著,但这两地的土壤微生物的Mc Intosh指数与橡胶林对照地差异均显著,且均极显著;不同样地土壤微生物的Shannon指数(H')、Simpson指数(D)和Pielou指数(E)差异均不显著。
In order to study soil microbial functional diversity ofunderstory planting dictyophora land after harvest, we used Biolog-ECO technology to analyze the soil microbial functional diversity of bamboo forest, rubber plantation and ginger interplanting dictyophora land after harvest. The results showed that the general trend of average light absorption value of soil microorganisms (AWCD) and the utilization of six kinds of carbon sources both were bamboo understory planting dictyophora land (bamboo forest)〉rubber plantation control land〉rubber understory planting dictyophora land〉ginger interplanting dictyophora land (bamboo forest), that is bamboo forest was the most active while the activity of interplanting land was the lowest. The overall trends of soil microbial Shananon-Wiener index (H'), Pielou uniformity index (E value), and Simpson index (D value) were all bamboo forest〉rubber plantation control land〉rubber forest〉ginger interplanting dictyophora land, that is the soil microbial diversity of bamboo forest was the highest and the interplanting land's was the lowest. The soil microbial McIntosh index difference of bamboo forest was significantly different from it of rubber plantation, ginger interplanting dictyophora land and rubber plantation control land; The soil microbial McIntosh index difference of rubber plantation and ginger interplanting dictyophora land was not significant, but their soil microbial Mclntosh indexes were significantly different from rubber plantation control land; The soil microbial Shannon index (H '), Simpson index (d) and Pielou evenness index (E) of different sample lands were all not significant.
