杨梅叶浸提物对小白菜种子的化感作用 被引量:7

Allelopathic Effects of Extracts of Myrica rubra Leaves on Brassica rapa chinensis Seeds

摘要 本研究采用培养皿滤纸法,以小白菜为受体,依据种子发芽性状和幼苗生长性状对杨梅叶浸提液的化感活性进行测定,并采用GC-MS对其化感成分进行鉴定。结果表明:杨梅叶浸提液对小白菜种子的萌发和幼苗的生长产生不同程度的影响。当浸提液浓度为0.1 g/m L时,对小白菜种子的发芽性状有促进作用,随着杨梅叶浸提液浓度的升高,小白菜种子发芽性状都受到抑制,当浸提液浓度为0.4 g/m L时,与对照组相比小白菜种子发芽性状差异达到极显著水平,表现出"低促高抑"的规律。随着浸提液浓度的升高,小白菜幼苗生长性状也逐渐受到抑制,各性状受抑制的程度有差异。杨梅叶浸提液中初步鉴定出54种化感物质,主要是烷烃、醚、苯醌、酚、酯、烯、醇、酮、酰胺等,含量最高的是二十一烷,其次是beta-香树脂醇。 In th is study, we adopted the filter paper method and, took Brassica rapa chinensi as receptor. According to seed germination traits and seedling growth traits, we determined the allelopathic activity of extract ofMyrica rubra leaves. The allelopathic constituents of the extracts were also examined using a Gas Chromatogra- phy-Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS). The results showed that the extracts ofMyrica rubra leaves had different effects on seed germination and seedling growth of B. rapa chinensis. The germination traits were promoted when the concentration of Myrica rubra leaves extracts was 0.1 g/mL. With the incerase of the concentration of extracts, the germination traits were inhibited. When the concentration was 0.4 g/mL, the difference on seed germination traits of B. rapa chinensis between the experimental group and control group exhibited significant differences, resulting in a general phenomenon in which low concentrations of extract promoted and high concentrations inhibited these features. The seedling germination traits of B. rapa chinensis were also inhibited with the increase of the concentration of extract. The different seedling growth traits showed different rhythmicity. The GC-MS analysis preliminarily detected 54 allelochemicals in Myrica rubra leaves extract, which mainly consisted of alkane, ether, benzoquinone, phenol, ester, alkene, alcohol, ketone, and amide. Among them the major component was Heneicosane (CAS no: 629-947), followed by beta-Amyrin (CAS no: 559-70-6).
